Subscription Information

This page explains the initial access period, monthly plan, automatic renewal, cancellation, restore, and refunds for Kyodo, Cutter, Joinner, SubTitler, Translator, Mixer, Reframer, Cleaner, Masker, Colorer, Stabilizer, Stamper, Follower, Pacer, and Narrator. Purchases and billing are managed through your Apple ID.

Plan

Kyodo, Cutter, Joinner, SubTitler, Translator, Mixer, Reframer, Cleaner, Masker, Colorer, Stabilizer, Stamper, Follower, Pacer, and Narrator can be used during an in-app initial access period for 14 days from first launch. After that, continuing to generate videos requires a monthly subscription for the app you use. If the App Store purchase sheet shows a trial offer, or if a specific app shows a different price, initial access period, or trial, that displayed information takes precedence.

Monthly price Kyodo has its own JPY 980 per month plan. Cutter, Joinner, SubTitler, Translator, Mixer, Reframer, Cleaner, Masker, Colorer, Stabilizer, Stamper, Follower, Pacer, and Narrator each have their own JPY 500 per month plan. This does not mean one shared subscription unlocks all fifteen apps. The actual price, currency, tax display, and trial availability shown on the App Store purchase sheet take precedence at the time of purchase.

Automatic Renewal

If you start a trial offer or subscription, your Apple ID may be charged automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Renewal, billing, and cancellation are handled by Apple.

When to cancel To end a trial offer or subscription, cancel from your Apple ID subscriptions at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

Cancellation and Restore

To cancel, open the iOS Settings app, go to your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and manage the relevant app subscription. After cancellation, access may continue until the current subscription period ends.

If your subscription status is not reflected after reinstalling the app or changing devices, use the restore option in the app or check your App Store purchase history.

Refunds

App Store purchases, cancellations, and refund requests are managed by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page or contact Apple Support.

The developer does not receive your credit card number or other payment details.
