Mogmo Lab Video Apps Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the iOS apps Kyodo, Cutter, Joinner, SubTitler, Translator, Mixer, Reframer, Cleaner, Masker, Colorer, Stabilizer, Stamper, Follower, Pacer, and Narrator provided by Mogmo Lab. Kyodo joins today, date-range, or selected videos, applies an automatic rough-cut pass, adds captions and bundled BGM, and saves a new video. Cutter creates an automatic rough cut from one selected video. Joinner joins selected videos into one new video. SubTitler transcribes one selected video and burns captions into a new video. Translator transcribes one selected video on device, translates supported caption text, and saves a new translated-caption video. Mixer adds bundled BGM to one selected video, balances audio, and saves a new mixed video. Reframer reshapes one selected video into vertical, square, or landscape output and saves a new video. Cleaner adjusts one selected video's existing audio so speech is easier to hear, then saves a new video. Masker reviews face and text candidates in one selected video, applies blur or mosaic, and saves a new video. Colorer adjusts brightness, color, and contrast in one selected video and saves a new video. Stabilizer reduces shake, small tilt, and micro-jitter in one selected video and saves a new video. Stamper adds date, title, and optional user-entered location or context labels to one selected video and saves a new video. Follower adjusts subject-aware framing in one selected video and saves a new video. Pacer analyzes speech and visible motion in one selected video, shortens quieter or stiller stretches, and saves a new video. Narrator reads typed text with iOS system text-to-speech voices over one selected video and saves a new copy. Video processing is performed on the device, and videos are not uploaded to a developer-operated server.
Scope
Website Analytics
kyodo.mo-gmo.com uses Google Analytics to understand page usage and improve the website. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure page views, scrolls, outbound link clicks, device/browser information, and related website interactions.
This website analytics applies to the public website. It does not send videos, Photo Library contents, generated videos, or subscription status from the iOS app to the developer. Google's handling of analytics data is governed by Google's privacy policies and Google Analytics documentation.
Data We Do Not Collect
Covered apps do not collect users' videos, photos, names, email addresses, contacts, location information, advertising identifiers, or in-app analytics data on a developer-operated server.
- Video files Original videos and generated videos are not sent to a developer-operated server.
- Photo Library contents Photo Library access is used on the device to find source videos and save the generated video.
- Analytics and advertising data The iOS app does not include third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs.
Photo Library
Covered apps request Photo Library access for the following purposes.
- Read selected videos Each app uses only the videos selected by the user for the features it provides, such as automatic trimming, joining, caption generation, caption translation, BGM mixing, aspect-ratio reframing, voice-audio cleanup, privacy masking, brightness/color adjustment, video stabilization, or date/title overlays. Caption translation is used by Translator, and BGM mixing is used by Kyodo and Mixer.
- Save the generated video The completed video is saved as a new video in the Photo Library.
If you choose Limited Photos access in iOS, the app can use only the videos you allow. Original videos are not modified.
Video Processing
The relevant processing for each app, such as video analysis, cutting, joining, transcription, caption translation, caption burn-in, BGM mixing, audio balancing, orientation or aspect-ratio handling, voice-audio cleanup, privacy masking, brightness/color adjustment, video stabilization, date/title overlays, and export, is performed on the device. Caption translation is used by Translator, and BGM mixing is used by Kyodo and Mixer. Temporary files may be created in the app's temporary storage during generation, but they are working files for saving or sharing and are not sent to a developer-operated server.
Translator uses Apple's Translation framework and supported on-device language assets for caption translation. Availability depends on supported language pairs and the system language assets present on the device. Videos, audio, caption text, and translated text are not sent to a developer-operated server.
If a video is stored in iCloud Photos, iOS or the Photos library may download it from Apple's services to the device. This is an Apple feature and does not mean that a covered app sends videos to a developer-operated server.
Purchases and Subscriptions
If in-app purchases or subscriptions are used, purchase processing, payment information, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive credit card numbers or other payment details.
The app may read subscription status from StoreKit to determine app access. The initial access period start date may be stored in the device Keychain. This information is not sent to a developer-operated server.
Sharing
When you share a generated video, the app uses the standard iOS share sheet. You choose whether to pass the video to another app or service. After sharing, the selected destination's terms and privacy policy apply.
Your Choices
- Photos access You can change the app's Photo Library access in iOS Settings at any time.
- Deleting generated videos Generated videos saved to Photos can be deleted from the Photos app.
- Deleting app data Deleting the app removes app data stored on the device according to iOS behavior. Records stored in Keychain, such as the initial access period start date, may remain on the device after reinstalling.
- Managing subscriptions Subscription status, cancellations, and refund requests are managed through your Apple ID subscriptions.
Third Parties
Covered apps do not sell or provide personal data collected by the developer to third parties. Apple features such as Photos, iCloud Photos, StoreKit, and the App Store are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.
Children
Covered apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a minor uses an app, it should be under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or Apple requirements. When material changes are made, the last updated date on this page will be updated.
