Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the iOS app KyouNoDouga. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
KyouNoDouga joins videos captured today, or videos selected by the user, into one new video in capture-date order. Original videos are not changed, and the completed video is saved as a new video in Photos.
You may use the app only with videos that you have the right to use. You must not use the app with content or for purposes that violate laws, public order, or third-party rights.
Use of the app requires a compatible iOS device, Photo Library access, and sufficient available storage. Videos stored in iCloud Photos may need to be downloaded to the device through Apple's systems.
If in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered, purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple's App Store and Apple ID subscription management. The developer does not receive credit card numbers or other payment details.
Any free period, price, and renewal term shown in the app purchase screen or on the App Store apply. If you start a free trial, your Apple ID may be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Video processing happens on the device. Original and generated videos are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The app is not guaranteed to work on every device, video format, save state, or network condition. Please back up important videos when necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues that occur on third-party apps or services after sharing.
These Terms may be updated to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or Apple requirements. When material changes are made, the last updated date on this page will be updated.
